By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not access or use this Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use or purchase any products or courses through PALA Wellness. By using this Site, you confirm that you are of legal age to enter into this agreement.

PALA Wellness reserves the right to deny access or terminate accounts if we believe these terms have been violated.

2. Educational and Informational Purpose Only

All information, materials, and content made available through PALA Wellness – including but not limited to online courses, videos, written materials, downloads, meditations, and community discussions – are provided solely for general educational and informational purposes.

Nothing on this Site or within any program, communication, or course offering constitutes or should be interpreted as:

  • Psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic treatment

  • Nutritional or dietary prescription

By accessing or using PALA Wellness materials, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • No client–therapist, doctor–patient, or other professional healthcare relationship is created through your participation.

  • You are solely responsible for your own health decisions and must consult a licensed healthcare provider before making any changes to your medication, diet, exercise, supplement regimen, or treatment plan.

3. International Access

PALA Wellness is operated from the United States and governed by U.S. and Florida law. Access to the Site from other jurisdictions is permitted, but you are responsible for compliance with any local laws that may apply to you. All content and instruction are currently offered in English.

4. Payments and Refund Policy

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Applicable sales tax will be added as required by law.

Payment processing for our digital products and courses is handled securely by third-party providers such as Kajabi Payments, Stripe, or PayPal. PALA Wellness does not store or have access to your complete payment information.

All course enrollments and digital downloads are non-refundable, as users receive immediate access to the materials upon purchase. Please review all course descriptions carefully before purchasing.

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided through PALA Wellness – including but not limited to text, design, videos, graphics, branding, course materials, meditations, downloads, and community resources – are the exclusive property of PALA Wellness LLC and are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, republish, or redistribute any PALA Wellness materials

  • Resell, sublicense, or exploit any portion of the Site or its content for commercial purposes

  • Remove, alter, or obscure copyright or trademark notices

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Site or its content is to discontinue use of the Site.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PALA Wellness LLC, its affiliates, and their respective owners, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees and legal costs) arising from or related to:

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, USA.
